"Tall Black Guy originally flipped this Luther record for the Gene Brown Beatdown live event we both were a part of January 2023. That's one of our favorite songs, so after I heard how crazy TBG chopped it, I was inspired to do my own version for fun. At the end of 2023, TBG and I performed a B2B beat set live at a night called Boombox in LA. We vibed out and ended up playing both of our versions live and people loved it, so we had to put that special moment on wax for ya'll. And yes there will be many more chops from my brotha TBG and I.
